I am a coach and consultant for personal and organizational effectiveness (which is the emphasis of my doctoral degree).  My signature strengths are strategic, maximizer, communication, futuristic, and empathy, which equip me to show up with my clients in truly effective, perceptive, and transformational ways.

Personal Coaching

Having coached hundreds of people in my career, I intuitively listen and understand where people are at in their life journey, where they are wanting to go, and what they need most to fulfill their deepest dreams, to build their most effective and fulfilling life.  Using a variety of assessment tools (like Gallup’s StrengthsFinder and the Myers Briggs temperament sorter), I am able to help people discover their unique life purpose, and what resources, like their innate strengths and unique personalities, they’re instinctively wired with that can empower them to live that purpose with boldness.

Organizational Coaching

I utilize Gallup’s StrengthsFinder assessment tool to help a team or entire group understand what their top strengths are.  Unpacking each strength, I know how to empower the group to find strategic and effective ways to leverage those strengths in order to build a culture of greater positivity and productivity.

Businesses I have coached and consulted with include the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Fitbit, American Express, Amazon, Yes To (a global leader in natural beauty products), Research Development Associates, Pacific Medical Inpatient Group; educational institutions such as Golden Gate University; and a variety of congregations –  to discover their unique corporate strengths profile, helping them find innovative and successful ways to live their vision well.  By compiling everyone’s top five strengths, I help the organization identify which strengths are most represented–how that group is wired to make their strongest contribution to the world.  And when every strength is validated and affirmed, people & teams experience greater engagement and motivation to give their best to the mission.
